Latest News from the Spaces

• Enjoyed playing at the Ossipee Valley Bluegrass Festival. In spite of the storm that blew in during our opening set, the OVBF audience braved the rain and wind to join us under the tent. Thanks, Ossipee!! This was the first time we shared a festival program with the Jorgenson Quintet and it was great to see John, Jason, Rick, Kevin and Simon again. This is turning into one of the best jamming festivals, with the field music lasting deep into the night. Our neighbors were a great duo from Cape Cod called Toast and Jam. Check 'em out!

• The "second generation" of Space kids is doing well. Jason (Anick) is on the road as fiddler with the John Jorgenson Quintet. Haley (Nelson) joined us for some mandolin tunes around the campfire at Thomas Point Beach. And Sierra and Jameson (Carlen) joined in the jamming at Ossipee Valley Bluegrass Festival on fiddle and mandolin. So we've got a gigantic multi-family band in the works!
